After Caine's Arcade went viral, I started getting invited to speak to various audiences. At first I was nervous, not to mention confused - why would a mattress company want me to speak to their sales team?! But over time, I've grown to better understand why this story connected with so many people, and how to crystalize some of the best lessons I've learned along the way.
